As a key component of the wind turbine gearbox, the planetary transmission mechanism is subjected to irregular wind force and strong wind impact and variable load, so the level of load sharing during the transmission of the planetary gear train is of great significance to improve the transmission reliability of the wind turbine gearbox. The axial clearance of the wheel assembly is the premise to ensure the floating of the sun gear in the planetary gear train, and it is the key to improve the level of load sharing and service life of the planetary gear train. Aiming at the problem that the axial clearance of the planetary gear assembly is too large, the influence of the axial clearance of the planetary gear assembly is analyzed from the four aspects of measurement method, measuring instrument, assembly process, and the height difference between the inner and outer rings of the bearing. The influence of the height difference of the rings on the axial clearance of the planetary gear assembly is solved by introducing the factor of the height difference between the inner and outer rings of the bearing to solve the problem that the axial clearance of the planetary gear assembly is too large.
